I had the great fortune to spend last night and wee ours of this morning at Wilson Arch alone with just the Milky Way to keep me company. Road trip day 10. It was my last night in Arches and the sky was just wonderful for a panorama over the geological formations. For those of you who know the area, this was shot from the Windows Trailhead parking lot. You can spot North Window in the center of the frame. South Window is blocked. Turret Arch is near the galactic core is but you're looking at it from the side here, so you cannot see through it from this angle.
